Privacy

Privacy policy.

Short version: I collect only what you type into the contact form, I use it only to reply, and there are no cookies, tracking pixels, or ads on this site.

01 Who I am

I'm Farhath, a freelance web designer and developer based in Dubai, UAE. This policy covers this website, farhath.net.

02 What I collect

Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email, an optional phone number, and your message. I use these only to read and reply to your enquiry.

That's it. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no profiles built about you.

03 How your message reaches me

When you submit the form, your details are delivered straight to my inbox through a third-party email delivery service. They pass through its systems to reach me and are not stored on this website.

The form also runs an invisible spam check in the background to confirm you're a real person. It looks at basic browser signals only. I don't store anything from this check.

04 Site infrastructure

This site runs on a global network provider that handles delivery, security, and protection against attacks. As part of normal operation, it may process your IP address and browser signals.

It also provides cookieless, anonymous traffic analytics. I only ever see aggregated numbers, like total page views and general device type. No individual visitor data reaches me.

05 Data retention

Your message isn't saved on this website or in any database. It lives only in my inbox and is deleted once it's no longer needed. To request earlier deletion, just email me.

06 Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, request a correction, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll respond promptly.

07 Third-party policies

The services behind the form and the site have their own privacy policies:

08 Changes

If anything meaningful changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
